Mustiguillo es una de las bodegas que ha cambiado la historia del vino valenciano, apostando por elaborar grandes vinos de bobal en la década de los 90, cuando casi nadie creía en esta variedad. Unos años después, el enólogo valenciano sumó al proyecto otra autóctona, la merseguera de Finca Calvestra; dos uvas con las que ha construido un discurso singular y lleno de tipicidad. En el Casino a Sorbos añadimos a nuestras agenda de acciones dos atractivas catas los días 5 y 19 de octubre, en las que el público disfrutó de los vinos más prestigiosos de la bodega de la mano del equipo que capitanea Toni Sarrión. Tras cada cata, los asistentes disfrutaron de un delicioso picoteo elaborado por el fantástico equipo gastronómico de Casino Cirsa Valencia y sesión de amenización con DJ. Cada cata comenzaró con la presentación de Finca Calvestra, un excepcional blanco que destaca las virtudes de la casta mediterránea. A continuación, degustaron Finca Terrerazo, el primer Vino de Pago de la Comunitat Valenciana. Para terminar, el público disfrutó la última novedad de la bodega: Calvestra Brut Nature, un excepcional espumoso que reposa 60 meses en botella antes de llegar al mercado.
